The staff were just incredible, especially Laura who helped me charge my phone! Augusto was always smiling, made the stay so lekker. The food was a real treat, diverse and delicious every day!

The location's a bit of a trek, coming back from skiing is a proper workout!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a locker room, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped me find my lost car keys. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!

If you're driving, parking can be a hassle, with limited street spots available nearby, and you'll likely end up paying around €25 a day at distant lots. The property seriously misses the mark on its supposed four-star status, no gym, no spa, and basic rooms lacking amenities like kettles and proper bedding, with some beds just being two singles pushed together. Noisy nights from the adjacent bar can spoil your sleep, especially if you're facing that side, and the breakfast often lacked variety and flavor.

The hotel staff impressively booked restaurants and arranged cabs, which enhanced our stay. Daily room cleaning was a lovely touch. the hotel can be quite noisy at times. it’s a solid choice for skiing enthusiasts with excellent facilities.

The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the slopes. The mountain views from my Single Room were stunning. Staff went above and beyond, even assisting with phone charging. Daily room cleaning was consistent. Breakfast had various hot and cold options. 🏔️

Staying with my family, including our little one, was enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located near the slopes, and we bought our ski passes at reception, which was super handy. The room was stylish and cleaned every day.

Had a great time! The staff were super helpful, always going the extra mile. Loved the locker facilities after skiing so we didn’t have to haul stuff around. The only bummer was that it got kinda noisy at night, especially with the bar downstairs. And I wish the bar opened earlier. 4 pm seemed a bit late.

Enjoyed the clean, modern room with a powerful shower and a solid breakfast selection that included plenty of hot and cold items. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, consistently assisting with restaurant bookings and other requests. noise from thin walls and bustling hallways could disrupt sleep, especially when returning from the slopes. The location provided easy access to the main town, albeit with a challenging uphill trek after a long day of skiing.
